Personal Experience & Certifications

I have gained valuable work and life experiences that have helped me develop the services offered at Happy Flow Movements®.


My diverse roles have included working as a Fitness and Wellbeing Advisor for Nuffield Health in Scotland, supporting children and adults with Autism, and working at a Holistic Wellness Centre. 

My earlier work experience includes various roles internationally, such as an Assistant Manager, Hostess, and Public Relations Officer. I have also had au pairing and child-caring experiences from newborns to mid-teens.

My passion for people, wellbeing, movement, dance, music, nature, and how things work have all played a critical role in the services available today, under the umbrella of Happy Flow Movements®. With my skills and experiences, I am confident that I can provide the best services to clients.

1. Life coaching

For training in master coaching, the materials that were covered in the course included things such as personal development self, Development self- discovery, self-help, motivation and achievement Psychology, NLP, positive thinking, neuroscience, innovative coaching techniques, detection and micro expression analyst. Quantum physics, hypnosis and health, human behavior modification and science, business Coaching, relationships, counseling and mentoring. More specifically materials where based on the studies and works of people such as Bruce Lee, Gandi, Tony Robinson, Doctor Seuss, Francis Janse van Rensburg, Francis du Toit, care graves, john maxwell, John grinder and more.

2. Body movement and activity

are essential for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Adding your favorite music and dancing can make it a fun experience for anyone who wants to explore music and movement. It's especially beneficial for young children, as it can help them develop their motor skills, creativity, social-emotional skills, and cognitive skills. Nutrition is especially crucial for vulnerable groups, such as infants, children, older adults, and people with chronic conditions. A balanced and varied diet, along with physical activity, can provide the essential nutrients that the body needs to function properly and stay healthy. 

A healthy gut is crucial for overall well-being, especially for the immune system. Factors like diet, exercise, medications, and genetics impact the gut microbiome's composition and diversity. Maintaining a healthy balance is crucial. Over 70% of immune cells reside in the gastrointestinal tract. A healthy gut supports immune function and protects against pathogens. Most of the body's serotonin, a neurotransmitter linked to mood regulation, is located in the gut. A healthy gut positively influences mental well-being. Evidence suggests that gut microbiome may influence longevity and athletic performance.
